Sarah has been with our practice since March 2011 but worked in the veterinary industry for 3 years before that.
Sarah started with us as a veterinary assistant and worked her way up to working as a receptionist, then veterinary technician, and finally hospital manager. She is a member of the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association.
Sarah grew up in Sherman, Texas where she was involved in horse and dog clubs in 4-H. She has received her A.S. in Psychology and an A.S. in Sociology from Grayson County College. Sarah moved to the area to attend Texas State University where she studied Psychology.
Sarah currently shares her Schertz, Texas home with her husband, daughters Alora and Mavis, son Miles, and two mixed-breed dogs Colby Jack and Gouda; but has had a menagerie of different pets in her life, including reptiles, birds, and rabbits.
While not providing excellent patient care at work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors.
