Why should you vaccinate your pet?

Vaccinations are very important for young pets when their immune systems are still developing. Vaccines protect against many viral and bacterial infections in pets. Our veterinarians provide vaccination education and discuss our vaccine schedule, which helps to keep your pet healthy.

Puppy Vaccination Schedule

1st Visit (8 weeks of age)

• Introductory Exam
• DA2PP Vaccination (Distemper, Adenovirus, Parvo, Parainfluenza Combination)
• Intestinal Parasite Screen
• Dewormer
• First FREE Samples of Heartworm prevention

2nd Visit (12 weeks of age)

• Technician Exam
• DA2PP-L Vaccination
• Rabies Annual Vaccination
• Intestinal Parasite Screen Recheck (if necessary)
• Refill of Flea/Heartworm Prevention

3rd Visit (16 weeks of age)

• Technician Exam
• DA2PP-L Final Vaccination
• Bordetella Vaccination (Kennel Cough)
• Refill of Flea/Heartworm Prevention

Rattlesnake Vaccines are available for dogs that have rattlesnake exposure

Kitten Vaccination Schedule

1st Visit (8 weeks of age)

• Introductory Exam
• RCP Vaccination (Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus and Panleucopenia Virus)
• Intestinal Parasite Screen
• Dewormer
• First FREE Samples of Heartworm and flea prevention

2nd Visit (12 weeks of age)

• Technician Exam
• RCP Vaccination
• Leukemia Vaccination
• Rabies Annual Vaccination
• Intestinal Parasite Screen Recheck (if necessary)
• Dewormer (if necessary)
• Refill of Flea/Heartworm Prevention

3rd Visit (16 weeks of age)

• Technician Exam
• Leukemia Vaccination
• Refill of Flea/Heartworm Prevention
